1/2 cup angel hair pasta (cooked)
1/2 cup chili beans (heated)
4 ounces low sugar spaghetti sauce
1 tablespoon onion,diced
1 tablespoon green pepper,diced
1 tablespoon mushroom,diced
1 tablespoon tomato,diced
4 ounces cooked ground turkey
Garlic powder, chili powder and black pepper to taste

Mix above ingredients together and serve on top of pasta.
